Truck mounted Sweeping Machine Model: S650

ENGINE: Leyland / Kirloskar Make 4 cylinder  101 HP @2200rpm, water cooled , with intercooler  fitted with sound less cabin to reduce its noise going out , suitable for night sweeping .

SWEEPING PATH  : 2300mm wide sweeping path with 1 side brush , two side brushes of dia 500 MM  each and main brush of dia 400 MM) Length 1250 mm provided ,Side brushes are provided on both sides and sweeping operation is selectable from control panel  on either left or right side .

Side brushes come with SpringBack feature to avoid damage while hitting the hard side surface by  mistake by operator.

Main brush is lower / raise by pneumatic cylinders and floated with self align tires to so that main brush can follow the road surface (camber) to avoid missing uneven surface 

BASE FRAME : M.S welded construction of 6”x3” channel section 

DEBRIS TANK: Stainless steel Sheet (4 mm thick 4003/304 ) Fabrication with anti wear Paint , unloading of waste from tank by hydraulically tipping, safety prop for tank is also provided 
Minimum dumping height 1000 MM. Debris Hopper capacity is 6 cu.mtr (  6000 liters )

SUCTION BLOWER: High performance multi blade, dynamically balanced vacuum fan with wear resistant , self cleaning blades. Suction flow 15,000 CFM/Min capacity.
Vacuum fan is driven by step-up gearbox and the fluid flywheel directly coupled with the auxiliary engine.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM: Reservoir 45L capacity is provided , Hydraulic Pump directly mounted onto Engine , Fitted with Protection Relief Valve . All Hydraulic motors are Directly Mounted onto Brushes

LIGHTS:  Work lamps are installed on side brushes of machine for Night Operation of Machine Warning Flasher Lights are also installed on the rear of machine for Road safety 

CONTROLS: All sweeping and auxiliary engine and unloading controls are provided on the operator control panel inside the operator cabin
A wired remote pendant is also provided for safe unloading of the tank
Digital touch Screen with data cable provided to take out machine working parameters for efficient sweeping  (audible and visual warning system provided).

Auxiliary engine throttle controlled by infinity variable actuator for optimum use and fuel efficiency from the operator`s cabin.

WATER SPRAYING SYSTEM :   High pressure water spraying system provided at front of the vehicle and jetting hand gun provided with 10 Meter hose of 12 MM , jetting plunger pump capacity of 34 LPM with 100 BAR working pressure.

WATER  TANK :    Water tank incorporated with the hopper capacity of 1000 Liters and from
Stainless steel  4003/304 material.

DUST SUPPRESSION SYSTEM:  Water spray nozzles provided at side brushes , front of the main brush and inside the suction nozzles to suppress the dust in to the tank and not letting out into the environment .

WANDER HOSE : An Wander hose of 150 MM  dia , 15 feet long is provided on the rear of the machine (280 deg  rotation) for cleaning of footpaths /central verge and other hard to reach areas
